APS Meal Prices 2018-19

CAFETERIA INFORMATION

Our school breakfast and lunch  program is available to all students. Applications for free/reduced meals are available in the school office. Students are also permitted to bring lunches from home and purchase milk or juice.

Students with unique dietary needs including milk allergies due to health problems are required to provide a letter from their physician indicating specific needs. When possible, Nutrition Services will make a reasonable effort to provide for these needs.

Parents and students are allowed to purchase multiple daily lunches. Personal checks should be made payable to Dalton Elementary and should indicate the child’s name and room number. If there is a problem with insufficient funds, we will ask that all payments be made in cash. Please have your child pay for breakfast and lunches before school between 7:35 a.m. – 7:50 a.m. in the cafeteria. Also, breakfast is served beginning at 7:35 a.m. each morning.

Your child’s hand is stamped when he/she has used all the money in his/her lunch account. A fruit or vegetable and a drink are provided if the parent does not provide money on that day or subsequent days. Students are not allowed to charge meals. Prices are as follows:

  • Pre-pay for your student’s meals online or by phone safely and conveniently.
  • Choose Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, credit/debit card.
  • Set up your account for automatic payments when balance is low.
  • Access meal account balances online or by phone.
  • Access payment history online or by phone.
  • Receive e-mail notification of balance status automatically.
  • Receive e-mail confirmation on automatic payments.
  • Register multiple students under one account.
  • A convenience fee of $1.00 will be charged for each transaction completed.

Setting up an account is as easy as one, two, three!

Step 1:  Register with PAMS: Go to www.PayPAMS.com or call 1-888-994-5100 to provide your student’s keypad number.

Step 2:  Choose your Payment Options: Make manual payments at your convenience or set up automatic payments based on your student’s balance falling below an amount that you determine.

Step 3:  Make a Payment:  Pay by credit/debit card. Minimum payment is $5.00 per student which is subject to change. You will receive an immediate confirmation that your payment has been received. (Payments take one to two business days to post to your student’s account at his/her school cafeteria.)

Manage Your Account: Simply enter your username and password to access your account at www.PayPAMS.com, or call 1-888-994-5100. You can make payments, view your student’s account balance, view payment history, and change your payment preferences twenty four hours a day, seven days a week!
